I'm a senior supplier quality engineer, it's often a curse as I see defects in workmanship before most anyone else. Therefore, I was prepared to be disappointed by the workmanship at Port City Collision. BUT, the workmanship was flawless and the way they efficiently run the business is remarkable. I'm super impressed by the way they schedule, assuring there's a steady flow of work vs. a giant mess. Everything was so well done, top to bottom. I actually believe my car came out of Port City Collision nicer than it rolled off the assembly line! Do not hesitate to take your vehicle there! I'm blessed I did.

Our Tesla Model Y was struck in a parking lot. Port City Collision was an excellent communicator, delivered a great repair, and assisted with the insurance process. They even covered the additional rental car duration the insurance company wouldn't.

The professional ethics are overwhelming and attention to detail are amazing. Full disclosure this is owned by a member of my family but I came to him to fix my grandsons 2015 4 runner because it was starting to have paint issues. I also knew his upbringing for doing the right thing from his father & it has served him well. Top notch business & even if there was not a family connection I would have still come to them. The reviews speak for themselves and it was worth the look on my grandson’s face when he saw it. Looked better than when it was bought brand new. To the whole team at Port City Collision I am giving a 10 because 5 is not enough🙂 Words cannot express how much this redo means to my family. This 4 runner was originally my husband’s so it is still in the family. Please give these amazing people a visit when you need some help.

Adam and Alicia were very professional and always kept me up to date on the status of my car. It was delivered like brand new and detailed perfectly. Thanks for taking care of my Range Rover as if it were yours!

I 100% recommend this shop to anybody needing work done on their car! My 2025 Tesla model 3 got hit in a parking lot 5 months after I bought it and this team did an amazing job with all of the repairs and my car looks brand new again. The panel placement is perfection, they're level and all of the spaces are even between them. The paint is perfectly matched to the rest of my car, blended seamlessly, and as smooth as a mirror. I was also pleasantly surprised when I saw they detailed the inside of my car too! It looked like it did the day that I bought it! I greatly appreciated the communication from the shop too! Baylea did an outstanding job sending me updates on my car and I cannot thank her enough. She kept me up to date every step of the way and I always knew what was being worked on and what the next steps were. This team as a whole did an awesome job! My car was out for about a month but I was kept informed on everything, I was never left wondering what was going on. I will absolutely be coming back with anything that I need done on any of my cars in the future!
